What are Fastbraces®?

Fastbraces® is a new brace system which moves the teeth much quicker than traditional fixed braces.

Who can benefit from Fastbraces® treatment?

Fastbraces® are suitable for patients of all ages and are able to treat the following orthodontic problems:

  • Crowding
  • Spaces between the teeth
  • Problems with the bite, including underbite, overbite and crossbite
  • Misaligned teeth
  • Crooked or twisted teeth
  • Overjet (protruding front teeth)

How does the Fastbraces® system work?

Fastbraces® are able to move teeth quickly because they use a patented bracket system, which moves both the root and crown sections of the teeth at the same time. In most cases braces move the crown sections of the tooth first and then the roots, in which case treatment can go on for a long period of time.

How long does treatment take?

The exact treatment time will depend on the individual. However, treatment with Fastbraces® is normally complete within 3 – 12 months. In less complex cases treatment may be complete within just a few weeks.

Do I have to wear a Retainer?

Yes, you will need to wear retainers every day for only around 15-20 minutes.

What are the advantages of Fastbraces®?

The major advantage of the Fastbraces® system are speed – the braces can move teeth to create a straight smile in a much shorter time frame than conventional braces. Fastbraces® have been designed with comfort in mind, and in most cases there is no need to extract teeth.

How much does it cost?

The Fastbraces treatment costs between €1,600 – €1,900 for either upper or lower, and €2,500 – €3,100 for upper and lower.

Can I spread the payments?

Yes, You can spread the payments with Pearl Dental, there is a deposit to pay and then the monthly payments range from €250 – €400.
